What does HALT stand for?

Hungry- Don’t let yourself get too hungry. In my new course, I talk about eating healthy and how to sustain energy when eating the right foods. Like protein, complex carbohydrates, and healthy fats.

Angry- Staying away from b being angry is very important. As you know I want you to stay on purpose in your relationships and in your work. When you enjoy what you’re doing then you are less likely to be angry. A quick tip to prevent you from getting angry is to walk away for 3 seconds.

Lonely- Don’t allow yourself to get lonely. A pornography and masturbation habit is rooted in isolation. When you feel like you want to go over a PMO session you’re isolating yourself. So the minute you start thinking about doing that go connect. If you’re struggling to connect with others, text a friend or watch an appropriate show with characters that make you happy.

Tired- Sleep is one of the best things to do to be successful. When you’re tired that slow speed that’s craving stimulation continues to go up. So take a nap during the day and make sure you’re sleeping.

This way you can always use the brain pattern that is using optimal mode for perfect processing speed.
