In this video, Dr. Trish Leigh states why quitting porn is worth it. So, continue reading to learn why quit porn and why it’s worth it.
What Your 2 Choice Are? Is It Worth It?
There are 2 choices that you can choose between. You can either stay in the cycle of devastation or hold yourself down, a method of self-sabotage. A porn addict is somewhat similar to a heroin addict, no discussion if he were holding himself back? Am I right? They both have bad effects, one obviously worse than the other. However, porn affects you mentally, physically, spiritually, and emotionally.
Why quit porn: How porn affects you mentally?
Porn can damage your cognitive and psychological. It decreases productivity. Therefore causing brain fog, lowered brain activation. So you can’t think, focus, or tap into creativity. Psychologically porn increases shame, inside, manifests as blame outside. Justifying, minimizing, rationalizing, and blaming are also impacted by porn consumption. Relationships, researchers, and your partner may feel less desired. It’s known as the ripple effect of despair.
Break Free & Reach Your Full Potential
After quitting porn you’ll feel confident, your social life will improve, and your relationships will become better. You’ll be able to think better, create, and tap into your purpose.
