Yes, you can! I have always thought of “personality” as a reflection of the way your brain is performing. It turns out, I was right. There are 9 main types of personality. Each one is a reflection of the childhood experiences and traumas you have experienced. Basically, these experiences culminate in a way that you interact with the world to attempt to feel safe and in control. There is a good, better, and best version of each type.

What Can a Personality Test Tell Me?

Nine personality types have been identified. Each type has been shaped and molded by childhood experiences. Identifying your type on the Enneagram Personality Test can be a map for self-discovery and personal growth. Your type guides how you think, act, and feel based upon your core fears and core desires. Each type has a better and worse version of itself. Your assessment will help you identify not only your type but how much room for improvement you have within your type.

We exert control in different ways depending upon our personality type. Thus, personality type is related to anxiety, addiction, and attention. If you have challenges in these areas, you are likely at the lower version of your personality type. Why be the low version of your type when you can learn to be the highest, most authentic and successful version of your type? Am I right?
