How to Stop Moving So Much

If you are someone who moves around a lot, it is likely that your brain is running too slow or too fast. Actually, it might be running too fast and slow at the same time. The patterns often exist together. Restless Leg Syndrome is one of the diagnoses that are becoming more popular for people who can’t resist the urge to move. Once you know how your brain is performing you can improve your brain and body movements simultaneously. Using EEG Brain Training we will calm your brain and make it more focused. Then you will learn to calm your body using feedback from the body movement accelerometer.

Body Movement Assessment

This assessment provides a baseline of your body’s activity levels, using a body accelerometer, versus ability your body’s ability to get and stay relaxed. A relaxed body sends signals to the brain, heart, and breath to perform in a relaxed mode. This assessment is important for people with anxiety, and ADHD. If you struggle with addiction, it is likely that you can’t sit still. This assessment, as part of my comprehensive neuro assessment, is for you.

Body Movement Training

Using a body accelerometer measurement, you will learn to relax your body. This training helps to engage “the other side of the street” per se. During brain training, heart rate, and breathing training you are learning to control those physiological measurements to affect change in the body. By controlling body movements, you are feeding calmness back to the breath, heart, brain and ultimately your mind. This will help you become more still on the outside and inside for greater feelings of calm and the ability to focus and be most productive. Body movement training is used in conjunction with EEG Biofeedback and the other pieces of training designed to help you reach your full potential.
